User Calling Plans

Account > Cloud PBX > Users > Settings tab

Calling plans allow you to choose which locations the user is allowed to call and how many minutes they can use on that plan. Multiple calling plans can be assigned to a user, and the most permissive settings will apply: A call will go through if any of their calling plans allows it, but it will not go through if the destination is blocked in all of the user's calling plans.

To manage the calling plans available on the account, see Create a Calling Plan.

Add a Calling Plan

  1. Go to Account > Users > Settings tab.

  2. Scroll down to Calling Plans and click [Add Plan].

  3. Select a calling plan from the drop-down menu. Optionally, check the box to activate the calling plan on the next monthly billing date. If not checked, the calling plan will be activated for the user once saved.

  4. Click [Save] to add the plan to the user.

Activate Later (Optional)

Check the box to wait to activate the calling plan until the Account Billing Date. Once the plan is assigned, you can click Play Icon Blue Pending to activate the plan early.

Remove a Calling Plan

To remove a calling plan from this user, hover over a plan and click the trash icon on the right.
