“Pending” isn’t an official status, but these features allow you to create new users without activating them right away.
Voice Portal Access
Not every user needs access to the Voice Portal. The new Voice Portal Access toggle allows you to enable or disable access to the Voice Portal for each user. The toggle will be automatically enabled for BCC Advanced and Professional users, but it will be disabled by default for all other new users — so when creating a new user, flip it ON for those who need it and leave it OFF for those who don't.
Block the Welcome Email
When a new user is created and Voice Portal Access is enabled, a Welcome email is sent to their email address with their username, a link to create their password, and their Voice Portal URL. However, if you don't want users to get the email immediately, you can postpone sending until the account is live and their phone numbers have ported or their billing date begins.
Default Feature Plan
When switching (migrating) an account from Cloud PBX to Business Cloud Communications, each user will automatically be assigned the Standard feature plan and the Voice Portal Access toggle will be off, so you won’t be required to enter the user's email address to get started.
