Add User Email Address

Users are not required to have an email address on their account if they don't have access to the Voice Portal, but we recommend it anyway.

With an email address tied to their account, users can export Call History reports (a link to download the file is sent to their email address). And if the user has Voice Portal access, they can log in using their email address (easier to remember than a username) and manage their password via email.

Follow these steps to add an email address to a user's account:

  1. Go to Account > Users.
  2. Locate and select the user in question.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and scroll down to the Voice Portal section.
  4. Enter the user's unique email address in the Email field.
  5. Click [Save].
