Platform User Management

Manage your users who work in the Admin Portal.

Admin Portal > Management > Platform Users

Platform users (also known as Product users) have a greater level of access than your basic account or end user. As a Platform user, more options for customization are available like managing users, user groups, dial plans, schedules, hold music, etc. Everything you change in the portal will immediately take effect on your system.

Users can be sorted by First Name, Last Name, or Username. If you can't find the one you're looking for, try the search field. See also: Add Platform Users.

Edit a User

Highlight a user and click Edit to view and edit their information.

Field	Description
First Name	Edit the First Name associated with this Platform User in this field.
Last Name	Edit the Last Name associated with this Platform User in this field.
Username	Edit the Username associated with this Platform User in this field.
Language	Indicate the language to be used in email notifications sent to this Platform User.
Groups	Assign the user to one or more Platform User Groups.
Reset Password	Sends an email with a temporary password to this user. The user will be prompted to create a new password upon logging in.

Bulk Update

Field	Description
Export Data	Download a CSV file with Platform User and Platform User Group assignment information.
Import File	Import Platform User and Platform User Group assignments from an outside source. Any conflicting data will be overwritten by the import file. Users will not be deleted. We recommend creating groups first to be able to add users to groups directly.
