- In the Admin Portal, go to Management > Platform Users.
- Click on the user to be reset.
- Click [Reset Password].
- An email is sent to the user's email address with a link to create a password. Their new password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number. It cannot contain any part of their username.
