Call Groups

Manage paging and pick-up groups.

Account > Call Groups

Need to reach multiple users simultaneously? Setting up a group of users is the way to go. Call groups can be created, changed, and deleted here.

Search for a name to filter the list of groups displayed below. To edit an existing group, hover over the line and click Edit.

Call Groups

Field	Description
[+Add Call Group]	Starts the process of creating a new group on the account, such as a Paging Group or a Pick Up Group.
Type	Indicates the group type: Paging or Pick Up Group.
Name	Sorts the displayed groups alphabetically by name, either A-Z or Z-A.
Extension	Sorts the displayed groups by extension number, either highest to lowest or lowest to highest.
Members	Displays the number of users assigned to the group. If there is only one user in the group, their name and device are displayed.
