Bulk Accounts Status Updates allows you, the service provider, to change the account status of your customers quickly and en masse. Just download the template file and provide account number and the accounts' new statuses.
Bulk Accounts
In the Admin Portal, go to Management > Tools > Bulk Accounts.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Import File | Use the field and [Import] button provided to change the status of your customers en masse. |
Template file | Download the AccountBulkStatusTemplate.csv file and change the account statuses to Active, Disabled, or Deleted. |
Update Account Statuses
- Download the AccountBulkStatusTemplate.csv file.
- Insert the Account Number in Column A and the status for that account in Column B. The only accepted statuses are Active, Disabled, or Deleted.
- Save the file as a .csv.
- Import the saved file. The statuses for all the accounts listed will be updated automatically.
