Call Recording

Call Recording is included in BCC Advanced and Professional feature plans; however, it must be manually enabled and configured for each user who wants it. See Enable BCC Call Recording for details.

Here you can see whether Call Recording is enabled, the recording type, and what additional settings are set. Recordings can only be accessed in the Dubber portal by the user they belong to. See Manage Call Recording for details.
