Each device has a unique encryption key which is used for provisioning. If a device is factory reset or unable to decrypt its configuration file (troubleshooting), you will need to reset the encryption key to reprovision the device.
- Factory reset the physical device.
- In the portal, go to Account > Devices and select the device you want to modify.
- Scroll down to Device Security and click [Reset Key].
- Read the warning, then click [Confirm] if you want to continue.
- Configure the device to provision to http://adpm.co or, for Cisco, Linksys, or Sipura devices, http://adpm.co/$PN.
