Show Auto-Attendant in End User Portal

Account Managers and other Admin End Users with Business Cloud Communications can manage the auto-attendants on their account in the end user Voice Portal, but you'll need to give them permission first.

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal and go to Account > Settings > User Access.
  2. Scroll down to Voice Portal Permissions.
  3. To allow Account Managers to access Auto-Attendants in the end user Voice Portal, check Allow Editing.
  4. When you're finished, click [Save].

This setting applies only to Account Managers and Admin users on Business Cloud Communications. Platform Users cannot access Auto-Attendants in the Voice Portal. See also Voice Portal Permissions.
