Management > Local Calling Areas

By offering unlimited local calling on our Calling Plans, and you can expand the neighborhood by reclassifying different areas as being local.

Upload Local Calling Footprint

Unlimited Local Calling must be set up in a Calling Plan for information submitted using this page to have any effect.

Local Calling Areas

Field	Description
Export Data	Click the [Export] button to download a .csv file detailing the current local calling footprint.
Import File	Click the [Import] button to download a .csv file with an updated local calling footprint. The information provided in the file should include the area code and prefix of the phone numbers that the account should consider local. Prefix: Include the phone number that will be making the calls. Allow: Include the area code of the numbers the account should read as local. Multiple area codes/prefixes may be listed in this header. Remember that this consideration only works in one direction (no, not the boy band). Inbound calls made to End Users on the account may be charged according to what the inbound caller's own carrier defines as local.
