| Field | Description |

| House number (HNO) | The address's specific location on a given street; traditionally between 1–5 numerical digits. |
| House number suffix (HNS) | A letter that comes after an address, e.g. "9A Main St". |
| Prefix directional (PRD) | The direction in which the address can be found, e.g. "North", "South", etc. |
| Street name (STN) | The name of the street the address is found on, e.g. "Main", "87th", etc. |
| Street name suffix (STS) | The latter half of the name or a description of the street, e.g. "Avenue", "Street", etc. |
| Post directional (POD) | A secondary direction given to narrow down where the address may be found, such as "13700 Kendal Lakes Cr E". |
| Unit type | Indicates if the address is for a house, apartment, suite, etc. |
| Unit number | Unit number of the address, if applicable. |
| City (community) | City in which the address is located. |
| State (STA) | State in which the address is located. |
| Postal code | Postal or ZIP code of the address. |
| Country | The country in which the address is located. This field is populated automatically. |
