Phone Number Manual Entry Fields

When adding or updating a phone number, click Manual Entry to provide more specific address information. These fields will automatically populate with the information previously provided and are optional unless otherwise indicated.

FieldDescription
House number (HNO)The address's specific location on a given street; traditionally between 1–5 numerical digits.
House number suffix (HNS)A letter that comes after an address, e.g. "9A Main St".
Prefix directional (PRD)The direction in which the address can be found, e.g. "North", "South", etc.
Street name (STN)The name of the street the address is found on, e.g. "Main", "87th", etc.
Street name suffix (STS)The latter half of the name or a description of the street, e.g. "Avenue", "Street", etc.
Post directional (POD)A secondary direction given to narrow down where the address may be found, such as "13700 Kendal Lakes Cr E".
Unit typeIndicates if the address is for a house, apartment, suite, etc.
Unit numberUnit number of the address, if applicable.
City (community)City in which the address is located.
State (STA)State in which the address is located. 
Postal code
Postal or ZIP code of the address.
CountryThe country in which the address is located. This field is populated automatically.
