Account > Settings > User Access

Account Managers can log in to the end user portal to manage all the products and users on the account. They have the same level of account access as an Admin end user, but they do not have voice services themselves. This is the only user type available for Business Lines and SIP Trunks. It's also great for System Admins or IT users who need to help manage accounts but don't need the voice services of an end user.

Account-Level Access

Account Managers have the highest level of end user access to manage the product(s), features, and users on the account. On Business Cloud Communications, Account Managers are the equivalent of a Super Admin, and on Cloud PBX, they are the equivalent of an Admin user. However, they do not have the same level of access as Platform Users, so they still need to contact their service provider for certain things.
