Voice Portal Permissions

Account > Settings > User Access

Choose which features Account Managers and Admin End Users can view and manage in the end user's Voice Portal.

  1.  Go to Account > Settings > User Access.
  2. For each feature under Voice Portal Permissions, choose either Allow Editing to enable access or Hide From Users to block access.
  3. Click [Save] to apply your changes.

Voice Portal Permissions

PermissionDescription
Auto-AttendantView and edit Auto-Attendants. (BCC only)
E911 AddressesView and edit the E911 addresses for users on their account.
Emergency NotificationsView and modify the Emergency Notification configuration for the account.
Phone Number DestinationsModify the destination of a phone number so it can be assigned to an auto-attendant.
Reassign End User AccountsAbility to reassign an end user's account settings to a new user.

Default Permissions

Go to Management > Account Defaults to choose the default Voice Portal Permissions for all new accounts created on your partition. Account Managers and Admin end users can change these setting on their own accounts at any time.
