Account > Settings > User Access
Choose which features Account Managers and Admin End Users can view and manage in the end user's Voice Portal.
- Go to Account > Settings > User Access.
- For each feature under Voice Portal Permissions, choose either Allow Editing to enable access or Hide From Users to block access.
- Click [Save] to apply your changes.
Permission | Description |
---|---|
Auto-Attendant | View and edit Auto-Attendants. (BCC only) |
E911 Addresses | View and edit the E911 addresses for users on their account. |
Emergency Notifications | View and modify the Emergency Notification configuration for the account. |
Phone Number Destinations | Modify the destination of a phone number so it can be assigned to an auto-attendant. |
Reassign End User Accounts | Ability to reassign an end user's account settings to a new user. |
