End User Access (Business Lines)

Account Managers are end users who have access to manage their voice products in the Voice Portal. If the customer has Business Lines on their account, their Account Manager(s) has access to the following settings:

Phone Numbers
  • Can view phone numbers and their routing setting
  • Can change the destination of a phone number*
  • Can modify E911 addresses*
  • Cannot add TNs
  • Cannot remove TNs
  • Cannot update TN address
Business Lines
  • Can view business lines
  • Can change line handling settings
  • Can change assigned voicemail box
  • Cannot change name of lines
  • Cannot add new business line
  • Cannot remove business line
Hunt Groups
  • Can view hunt group
  • Can change the routing order
  • Can add existing business lines to hunting strategy
  • Can remove business lines from the hunt group
  • Can change hunting strategy
  • Can change voicemail box assignment
  • Can create/update/enable forward codes
  • Cannot change name
  • Cannot remove hunt groups
  • Cannot add hunt groups
Devices 
  • Cannot view or access devices
Voicemail
  • Can reset PIN
  • Can access & manage messages
  • Cannot create new voicemail box
  • Cannot delete voicemail box
Account Settings
  • Can modify the Emergency Notification configuration for the account.*
