Account > Settings > Account Details
When a new user is created and Voice Portal Access is enabled, a Welcome email is sent to their email address with their username, a link to create their password, and their Voice Portal URL. However, depending on how you're setting up the account, you may not want users to get the email immediately. For example, if the account isn’t live yet, you may want to postpone sending the Welcome email to each user until their phone numbers have ported or their billing date begins.
These new settings allow you to send the email when you’re ready. See New User Welcome Email for examples of what the email looks.

- Checked: The Welcome email will not be sent when the user's account is saved.

- In the top right of the screen, click the three-dot menu.
- Click Send Unsent Welcome Emails.
- Read the confirmation message. If you still want to send the emails, click [Send].
Send or Resend the Welcome Email to One User
Once a user has been created, you can see if and when the Welcome email was sent to the user in their Settings tab.
- Go to Account > Users > Settings tab.
- Scroll to Voice Portal (Cloud PBX) or Feature Plan & User Type (BCC).
- Click the Send or Resend Welcome Email button to send the email to the user.
