Account > Settings > Account Details

Account Details defines preferences and defaults for your entire account. From here, you can apply specific settings to all your devices/extensions at once (these can be overridden for individual users as needed), set dialing behaviors, uploading hold music, creating call screening behaviors, and more.

The page is divided into sections for primary functions, including:

  • Account Info
  • Account Status
  • Products
  • Calling Plans
  • Cymbus Info (Legacy app only)
  • Secure Calling
  • Delete Account

Some settings are only displayed if that feature is enabled on your partition.
