Call Handling: Forward All Calls

Working on the go and need all the calls that come into your desk phone to reach you? Do all incoming calls need to be redirected elsewhere? Forward All does this by sending your callers to an alternative phone number that you enter here.

Once a Forwarding number is entered, this feature can be enabled or disabled from the device by dialing star codes.

User Call Handling - Forward All

  1. Navigate to Users > Calls > Call Handling.
  2. Select Forward All.
  3. In the Forwarding number field, enter the phone number you want all calls sent to.
  4. Enter a description to identify the phone number (optional).
  5. Click [Save].
