Management > Tools > Bulk TN Inventory
If you have an OSS/BSS integration, such as GLDS or NISC, talk to your Customer Success Manager about how these changes may impact your processes.
To speed up the activation process for new numbers, you can store extra numbers in all the rate centers you provide business in. You determine the amount of numbers you want in each rate center and the threshold for when more numbers should be ordered.
It runs a check on your inventory levels each week, orders more numbers for each rate center that is below the threshold you've set, and sends an email to everyone listed in the Notification Recipients field.

Considerations for Subpartitions
If you are managing your customer accounts across multiple subpartitions, there are three ways to manage the inventory for those subpartitions:
- Manage all inventory from the parent partition
- Manage the inventory in each subpartition
- Combination of options 1 & 2
1. Manage All Inventory from the Parent Partition
This method is the simplest as you only need to set the thresholds in one place. All numbers assigned to the parent partition are available for assignment as new numbers in each subpartition.
If a number is deleted on a subpartition and recovered back into inventory, it will be recovered back to that subpartition's inventory and will NOT be available for use by the other subpartitions.
2. Manage Inventory from the Subpartition
Set the threshold levels in each subpartition's inventory section. Numbers will be ordered for each subpartition and will only be available to the subpartition they were ordered for.
This allows you to limit the inventory available for the subpartition but will require you to monitor multiple inventory settings.
3. Manage Inventory from the Parent and Subpartitions
This option will allow you the flexibility to have certain rate centers available for specific subpartitions while having other rate centers available for ALL of the subpartitions.
This will require more management on your side to ensure thresholds are set to the correct levels for the rate centers available to all partitions and those available to specific subpartitions.
The same rule applies for numbers deleted in a subpartition and recovered back into inventory. It does not matter if the number was initially assigned to inventory in the parent partition—it will be recovered back into the inventory of that specific subpartition and will NOT be available for use by the other subpartitions.
