Voice Portal Branding Options

Customize your end user portal with three branding options.

Our Project Management team will work with you to customize your end user Voice Portal and system-generated emails with your logo and colors to better reflect your corporate identity and project a more polished image to your customers. There are three different levels of branding for you to choose from:

  1. Co-Branded. Choose a subdomain and customize the portal title, logo and favicon, colors, email banner, email signature, and link to your help desk. Emails will have your logo and signature but will come from noreply@cymbus.com

  2. Cymbus. The Voice Portal and customer emails will be branded as Cymbus. This option is best if you're planning to use the Cymbus brand for all business communication products as it allows you to take advantage of our Cymbus-branded marketing collateral and the Cymbus Help Center for end user support.

  3. Custom. You can brand your Cymbus app and use your own domain for the Voice Portal and system-generated emails. Custom branding gives your customers a fully branded experience, so you never have to explain to a customer what Cymbus is! Additional charges will apply.

Help Center URL

By default, the info icon in the top right corner of the end user portal links to the Cymbus Help Center, where customers can access documentation to support their products and features. This URL can be updated to link to your help center instead; however, you will be responsible for publishing and maintaining all related support documentation.

"From" Email Address

For accounts that use the default Cymbus branding options or user.cymbus.com, forwarded voicemail messages are sent from noreply@cymbus.com. Please remind your customers to update their email filters and whitelist that address.
