To disable voicemail for a user, update their call handling settings to prevent calls from being routed to their voicemail box.
- In the Admin Portal, go to Users.
- Locate and select the user in question, then go to their Calls tab.
- In the Call Handling section, update their settings to the following:
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is toggled off (disabled). DND sends calls to voicemail, so users who should not have a voicemail box cannot use this feature.
- Update the Ring Phone settings to ensure calls are not routed to voicemail. For No answer, Busy, and Out of service, choose Ring forever, Busy tone, or Forward.
- Scroll down and click [Save].
