Disable Voicemail

To disable voicemail for a user, update their call handling settings to prevent calls from being routed to their voicemail box.

  1. In the Admin Portal, go to Users.
  2. Locate and select the user in question, then go to their Calls tab.
  3. In the Call Handling section, update their settings to the following:
    • Make sure Do Not Disturb is toggled off (disabled). DND sends calls to voicemail, so users who should not have a voicemail box cannot use this feature.
    • Update the Ring Phone settings to ensure calls are not routed to voicemail. For No answer, Busy, and Out of service, choose Ring forever, Busy tone, or Forward.
  4. Scroll down and click [Save].
